Easy Infinity Scarf – A Free Crochet Pattern

I love this time of year when the weather gets cooler and the landscape is painted with beautiful colors. It makes me want to crochet warm accessories all day long.

Scarves are a perfect way to accent to any wardrobe and work up great as a quick gift for someone special. I found a Caron Cake in my stash that wanted to be made in something beautiful.

Let’s keep in touch!

This Easy Infinity Scarf is crocheted in the round. I love the look and texture of crossed dc. I used less than 1 Caron Cake for this scarf. Each cake is different, so if you decide to change colors throughout the pattern, make sure there is enough of one color to complete the round(s) before you make a cut!

COLOR OPTIONS:

This scarf pattern alternates between 3 rows of sc and 2 rows of crossed dc. You also have the option to separate the colors in the cake following every 3 rows of sc and every 2 rows of crossed dc, or let the colors play out without cutting the yarn!

If you decide to change colors in the pattern there are notes on when to do so.

If you want to let the colors play out for themselves (i.e not cutting the yarn) skip these notes and continue crocheting.

The white, blue, pink and gold scarf (Turkish delight) was crocheted without separating the colors.

For the other scarves a new colors was attached where indicated in the pattern.

Dimensions: Approx. 32” (folded in half) X 5”

Gauge: 12 st and 10 rows in pattern (Alternate 3 rows sc and 2 rows crossed dc) = 4”
